 The two reasons that is important to consider diversity and inclusiveness in relation to your client and co-workers are:-

1. As a health care worker everyone has to show respect for cultural diversity in all communication and interactions with co-workers, colleagues and clients because cultural diversity means many things to many people.

1. One of the greatest challenges for health professionals who work in a culturally diverse environment is to understand the client’s perspective of what is happening in the healthcare setting. Despite the idealistic notion that “everyone should just get along”, there is still the possibility of conflict as a result of bias and discrimination in the workplace, whether it is real or perceived so strategies to eliminate bias and discrimination are not necessarily quick fixes and require careful planning, implementation, follow up and evaluation.
