Pros:-
1. Property Search -Click on Property Search, Search by PTN No or by Property owner name, The results is displayed. Select the right result and click on PTN number hyperlink. The payment for your property details will be displayed with Pay Now option.
2. View Bill - So you can view your property statement till date.
3. After payment , you can even save soft copy of Receipt that you made payment against the amount.
Cons:- I would rather say improvement needed.
1. Anyone can view property details of any property in the process the property details are visible. Now I m not sure whether this information must be protected.
Need to be looked upon. Confidentiality is compromised.
2. The landing page is misleading. There should be some information and help tips for users to proceed with search and payment option. The site is green and need some change to adapt to any user accessibility.
