Existence of God Questioned ? Only Law that reminds me Survival of the fittest

Existence of God Questioned ? Only Law that reminds me Survival of the fittest
Time and again I keep asking myself whether God does exists? If yes why there is no justice done? What about the commandments we know from ages ? Does this really make sense? All I remember the dungeons that roar the grave agony of the human kind. Strong become stronger day by day . Power rules all odd.  All that strikes a universal law of existence and then brings the realm of reality and facts of Survival of the fittest.

I’m taken back the way my country functions and the way developing country runs for money. It’s sad. Well the point is whether it is 'Campa Cola Society' disaster the way law handles the judgment. On other hand we see our government sanction the super bungalow to our law abiding  ministers like Mayawati. No action but succumb to vote bank politics.

Very sad when we see Justice Delayed is Justice Denied ;this is travesty of law these days. We said believe in the system and court of law but my all faith has been sealed for now. It’s difficult to prevail now and pursuit me .Aftermath of all this then comes dirty picture of apex court , how they pursuit the power to lay the sexual harassment and abuse of internship. Law maker , policy dictator , custodian of law is all made of same clay of corruption and malafide deeds. Now all these adds up the sorrow feelings in the environment where we leave. Whether it is educated mass or its illiterate, everyone are ditched into the wrong doing of this materialistic world. We’ve been changed only because to reach at higher position, to have seats, to have money, to have property and to have all share of everything. We’re down to ground zero. However having said that still there are few percentage left who want to bring difference to the society we live. The point is, now these people have to face the wrath of powerful heads. What I’m talking is AAP party in Delhi wherein they have been ask to declare the funds for the election rally they arrange. My question is why done BJP or Congress do so. This is kind of hiding skeleton in a cupboard when comes to the party like them. You see media savvy rally with big projectors , world class stage, quality speakers , arranging buses for karya karta and all. There are many more such organizing facilities that can be easily come handy for them. I’m not supporter of AAP or congress or BJP for that matter. I want presence of true democracy by any means. By far we have seen these people ruling our county like anything. It got to be taken back again. Again don’t bogged down by the hype Modi will bring difference. Just understand they all belongs to same category of rulers who just want power and misuse them at large. I tell you all neither NAMO factor nor Gandhi factor will make any difference. We have seen these throughout all these years it is the same pattern of governance.

In recent times there was controversial issue of ISRO space scientist (Nambi Narayanan)has been apprehend-alleged many years back on allegation of leaking the facts to foreigner which hence proven to be false. Its spy case(1994) suspect which was falsely implicated against ‘Nambi Narayanan’ so as to sabotage the liquid fuel rocket technology mission he was working on. Its irreparable loss and humiliation to respectable-patriotic  scientists of ISRO And the poor scientist had to face all the mess and sufferings all these years. That’s my point where are we heading. If some does good we either kill them or make them suffer like anything. Anna Hazare moment was sadly supported for short time and I’m afraid the way we fabricate the future of India’s fate. The people like Anna Hazare who really want to do something for the society are sidelined and brushed aside to motivate political agenda therefore contributes to the bad political arena.

Although we have all resources available we are badly hit in economy. At one end we talk about giving food for people and on other end we are not supposed to control inflation. Its like burining candles at both ends. You see , this is fact of today’s world and India ofcourse.  I understand there could be caveats bring all those factors which foil play the economy. I’m not the expert but still want change there as well. Shining India, Growing India-all false. At one way we say we enter space with Mars Mission (Mars Orbiter Mission-Informally called ‘Mangalyaan-Mars craft’) but on other hand we are nowhere to attain the ultimate goal of progress with dignity.

United we stand in hypocracy and divide we fall when want help and justice.

Sorry to be pessimist at this point of time. This is my personal view as citizen of India , I feel sad ,upset and down under. At the end, I’m exploited.

Survival of the fittest- Evolutionary theory by Herbert Spencer.

Narayanan introduced the liquid fuel rocket technology in India in the early 1970s, when A. P. J. Abdul Kalam’s team was working on solid motors.
He foresaw the need for liquid fuelled engines for ISRO’s future civilian space programmes. In 1992, India had signed an agreement with Russia for transfer of technology to develop cryogenic-based fuels. But later the agreement was withdrawn due to world political will.
After working for nearly two decades, with French assistance, his team developed the Vikas engine used by several ISRO rockets including the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle(PSLV) that took Chandrayaan-1 to the moon in 2008. The Vikas engine is used in the second stage of PSLV and as the second and the four strap-on stages of Geo-Synchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV).[3]

Food Security Bill, Food for all or Not for all At all!

Courtsey

NDTV: Good evening and welcome to the NDTV dialogues. On this show there are no face offs, there are no political clashes but a conversation of ideas. Ideas that are essential for India. This week we look at food for all. Can it actually end hunger in our country? Does it not go far enough as some have said? Does it go way too far? Is this a cost India should welcome or is it a cost, which will damage India beyond repair? Joining me tonight are Sitaram Yechury, Abhishek Singhvi, Piyush Goyal and Dr Arvind Panagriya.

NDTV: Dr Singhvi the three main criticisms of this Bill are well known, but the focus really, and I think with the events this week especially of the rupee and how it has fallen, comes back to that issue. We can look into whether India cannot have it but lets look at real aspects of, if the economy, if the rupee is crashing, where you will find money from to fund the ambitious bill like this? Piyush Goyal says, "Look it won't be much more". But here are other views. You have heard Surjit Bhalla and others argue that it would be as high as 3% of the GDP"

Abhishek Singhvi: Sonia just step back for a moment. The first issue is the need, is there a need for it? I don't think anybody can deny that some form of food security in a formal consolidated legally entitled form should be there in this country and I think I largely agree with my friend Mr Piyush Goyal's point, that even assuming that it was mere consolidation, which it is not, it is something more than that. But a large part of this initiative is consolidation, that itself is a sufficient virtue by itself, because to tie up innumerable programmes into one Act. Secondly, for the first time ever to give a legal right to demand it, to go to a redressal officer, to go and appeal to a district officer, to go to a magistrate, to have a food allowance where you can't get food, to have a penalty, to have a fine, to have other coercive steps is a huge change in mindset, so I think the need you have to then consider whether you at all need it. Secondly there's huge number of contradictions on some of the criticism. He very rightly said, that it is largely a consolidation, the Finance Minister has done the math census 10,000, the real maths is about 23,800 crores because 125, 1 lakh 25 crores, 1 lakh 25 thousand crores will involve an additional expenditure of 23,800 crores.

Arvind Panagariya: No, no, no. The point is that this is the difficulty, this is the difficulty, you can keep expanding the programmes. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the party in power to be careful before they put these subsidies, these programmes on the table. Once you put them on the table, no political party has the guts to say that I am against food security. I am against right to education; I am against right to health; I am against right to such and such. Ultimately your resources are limited, somewhere you'll have to stop. But let me get to a few other things that have been said around this table, which I have very different views. First of all inequality; so Kerala in India is the most unequal state; Bihar is the most equal state. Where do you think people are migrating from and where to, from Bihar to Kerala and not from Kerala to Bihar. So to think that inequality is the worst problem, you got to worry about the levels of income and there is no such; Mr Yechury says that somehow more inequality means less growth. That's simply not true. Actually the richer can get, it can go either way, it can go either way, but there is no clear, strong relationship economically one or the other way. But I can point to you, you know, you got America which is the richest country, one of the richest countries anyway, it is highly unequal, much more unequal than India is

Truth vs Hype- 600 litre petrol saved in a day by Union Minister

Oil Minister way- Veerappa Moily

Whether it is self imposed austerity measure or it is a genuine move or a cause still it creates an impact. Something is done worth by minister in the line of portfolio he or she holds. There talk across boards and on record voice of such measure but very little has been done so far to tackle the fuel consumption in this area. Indeed we've long way to go.

A talk show with Barkha Dutt of NDTV brings on various facts and concerns related to this move.

Bugs stops here!

Leading by example , Moily travelled by Metro and asked his ministers within his cabinet to travel once in a week to help save fuel cost. We import oil nearly worth $145 billions in last fiscal which certainly added to current account deficit.

Below are the following highlight of the talk show that has got into the root of this matter and help bring valuable suggestion on the table.

1. It talks about supply and demand. The focus was on demand side.
2. The oil exploration, R&D and other alternate sources of energy was in discussion.
3. CNG pipe supply directly to consumer was one of the discussion point.
4. Staggering work times for ministers to promote public transport.
5. Suggestion to use Bus for group of ministers.
6. Arranging a apartments for ministers near to office. Curtail cost of fringe benefits to Ministers.
7. Car pooling
8. Free Cycle scheme for short distance, avenues and facilities to facilitate such move.
9. Improve infrastructure and public transport
10. Reduce cess tax on bus as compared to Car.

Above all such sense of savings at demand side needs to come from all form of ministers and all party otherwise this is again going to be one of the feel good factor for a time and just another austerity measures for viewer and citizen like us.

I appreciate this move and hope for better tomorrow to see my country well placed and conserved.

Hope Barkha Dutt will review and resume the talk show on same measure again to checkpoint whether this is just a hype or a truth .

NDTV The rise and fall of India's Economy with Prannoy Roy,Ruchir Sharma and Arun Shorie

The talk show was indeed made impact on what is wrong going in India's Economy. It highlights the agony and the stirred that has been created in the full blown hype of India's development. Needless to say the worst has happened and damaged has been made to a larger extend. Nothing can withstand now, even greatest of all mind can't do bit to make economy stable and balances.

Host: Prannoy Roy-NDTV chief
Guest: Ruchir Sharma -Morgon Stanley
Arun Shorie former Disinvestment Minister.

The show was well formulated and presented to the audience keeping all nittie gritties into consideration. It brings the fact and figures of past and existing statistics of worst performing economy.

They tabled the intruments that play crucial role in any countries economy. The trends shows the comparison charts of various developing countries with retrospects of exchange rates, investments and debts.

The key pointers were

1. FII-Foreign Institution Investments
2. FDI- Foreign Direct investments
3. Foreign Reserve Exchange
4. Short term debts
5. Current account fiscal deficits- Imports vs Exports figure
6. Fiscal deficits
7. Global vs Local market
8. Political economy drivers and impacted parameters.- Loan waivers, food security bills , coal scams, 2G, excessive regulations in investments, loss faith -investors, low confidence level, buerocrats, mafia and so on
9. 10 top companies foreign investments and performing index.. 25% of indian company runs out of capital and on hugh debts.
10. Outflows of dollar to US from India.
11. Imports of gold and silver, crude oil so on
12. Heavy duty on import on LED, plasma and flat Tv, Electronics items and so..

These were some eye opening facts that are hidden by the policy maker. Its election time...and no one wants to bring such facts to the massess to create trouble in the paradise.

I could recollect following points made by these gentlemen
Ruchir Sharma- the train has left the station and nothing can be done now
Arun Shorie- The flies are been axed with big axe. We want reform and do something which is right and effective.
Prannoy Roy- States , there is a tide and huge surplus of cash flows towards states and once tide settle will reveal a fact who is swimming nacked in the water. Time to answer this.

Well the talk show was most sensible and meaninful . Has this been the state of India's economy we're then too close to crisis that has evident in year 1991.

Trouble in Pradise. This is just a start.

Largely political system is getting too complicated and unstable. The insurgencies and sanctity of line of control has been the grave concern of today's India. To be candid the things has been brushed out like the hive of big mystical dynamo. I really don't know is this the election 2014 that is making all the scenario more worst that it seems to be . The political instability , endanger border security and economy down turned are all that signaled the downfall of new governing body UPA. I 've no answers to whatsoever the rational behind it. The world bank says due to excessive regulation in trade and business in need made situation most vulnerable to debacle to India's economy. The think tank like Manmohan singh, p chidambaram, Montek singh Ahuwalia and RBI governor Raghuram Rajan seems to be doing too little to correct current stats and make some amendment. The negative current account deficit and import of crude oil and gold/silver have added more to the current problem. The foreign exchange reserve ratio is not at permissible threshold level hence situation is more worse than it could be.

What can be done better?
1. Decreased import of Gold and silver for specific time period. Send the message to the nation. Import as appropriate.
2. Reduced import of electronic goods and technology, ensure domestic market to increase production in house. Promote domestic good.
3. Try to explore new source of energy. Curb import of crude oil. Prevent bureaucrats to misuse natural resources to avoid influx of crude oil from global market. We are big in numbers. We must promote public transport or some alternate mode of transportation. The planning and implementation will take time.
4. Encourage more foreign trade. Increase FDI cap and help foreign investments way to transparent and proper channel. Bring streamline process and help foreign investment gain confidence and see India a suitable market for profitable and colloorative business.

India Today

Whether its IAS officer Durga's case or Shobha De tweets or it may be sand or coal mining mafia, its evident we're are lost. Totally in Mess!. .. its sheer agony we even didn't able to utilize our resources efficiently and make both ends meet. Still we facing the worst rupee vs dollar hits. We trying to make things more worse than better. Its the India way.  my own country prime minister who had once finance minister has not able to overcome the despair in India's economy. We have Amartya Sen, very little he could offer to save us from this mess. Now Montek Ahuwalia again he is doing a mock trail of no sense verdict he represents every time he entails the story of economy boosting and all. Well we discuss ,we debate, we talk more useless , senseless issues that just damage the fabric of my nation. Here I'm not supporting any political party or leaders , I'm just pointing to mismanagement in India's administration. Yes! we failed. We need better cohesion , control and management in our political and country's development ecosystem.

Atleast I was happy that at parliament we've ministers who're educated to certain extent that they can think and react . Its good for us...we started. We started acting and thing. My observation, today I can see political think tank started realizing that we want educated leaders in the system who can talk who can articulate and represent. WE ARE CHANGING!. ..But its time for some action. I don't see that happening anyways..its long journey. We are big in population, big in corruption , big in pollution , big in mismanagement.

I've an idea---For better tomorrow..

1. Education for all- Once every Indian is educated, one can make their livelihood better and lead life better for tomorrow. Once that is done..one starts thinking. Education open ups all avenues, ideas comes up, ambitions becomes more prominent and prudent. This is the first step. We see this happening in Urban India. We see mid day meal issues in Rural areas , school not to that standard for that matter it is Bihar or UP or other state. I listed what I see in media and outside . We have poor system. Just next day I heard girls from Jharkhand who represented the football team at global level made to suffer in their own country , No recognition ,No support even our governing body was not aware of it. Its a shame.. we not seeing development in any form. Richer becoming rich and poor becoming more poor. This state of current affair.

2. Infrastructure- We 've to improve our infrastructure. We have to curb illegal construction and bring the reform in infrastructure development. We've to bring reformity in planning society and living system. We require process and system in place. We want transparency. We have builder mafia in our country who rules the bricks and walls of our country they define the living standard for us. We are taxed like anything and its government/politician nexus with builder . Its evident and I think no one can hang me for this. Its truth of today's world. I remember once my fellow colleague from other part of the world asked me , why the price of home in India is sky rocketing..he satirically remarked stating is your house so costly because its made out of gold. Here what we need change. Every citizen can get home at reasonable price but this is not happening.

Now just look at the roadways, we have poor flyovers, foot bridge and highways. If we try to make the city transportation and commute to office or any travel for that matter easy and quick what we save , what we gain, what we achieve...
1. Suppose if we have excellent road ways- THEN we save fuel in traffic or congestion. We save cost in terms of vehicle maintenance. We reach our destination on time. We'll be productive we will be relaxed less stressed out. Average Indian spent their most of their time in traffic and main reason we Indians are not punctual. Just understand if we've better connectivity or world standard roadways we can then avail other mode of transportation. We can enhance our public transportation, so need to get our private vehicle in the dungeon. Yes then we can even get bicycle at office or any short distance. If you see this will give impetus to our health system. If we promote the system that way..But it not seems to be happening we see youth getting on to Bike with high CC and our promos advances that more. Its not bad but again at very tender age we make them resilient to new things. Again this just another discussion.

Lets look at other options we can promote other mode of transportation ie, water transportation. We can reduce congestion at this level as well.

Health System- We've medical shops lined up at every 1km in urban city and you never know all players comes into this field like any thing. There is no control at all..we never know doctors prescribe medicines of which brand. Its all endorsed. Not to elaborate much..We all know. There is humongous acceptance to mal practice and we compromised.
We have poor hospital no support for major casualties . We 've doctors who spend lakhs of rupees to get professional surgeons or any expertise in its field. And what seem to happen we see clinics, dispensaries or private hospital lined up like anything. Its a business..Every hospital  charge like anything. Poor suffer!.Because we have expensive doctors. No regulation and control. Now coming government hospitals . The doctors who practice there have most of their time spend in their personal private hospital, unhygienic conditions , very less public hospitals to address this such a population. Organ smuggling and illegal organ donations happening like anything.

What we can do-
1. We have to curb and check the production and inventories of drugs manufacturer and the one endorse just to promote sales.Bring the strict rules and license act and audits at all levels.
2. Get every one covered and insured for free medical assistant and help at first ciritcal level. We can create a trust at each institute and collect money to help needy.
3. We can get better medical education system and relaxed huge fee on getting good and efficient doctors or surgeon in place. What we see who afford they make their kid to excel and pursue career for them. Let make eligible and deserving candidate get the first edge and rest follows.
4. Setup medical colleges in rural areas and make the urban lad studied their and help balanced the villages health system. In a way we can bring more people to all part of the country and make better and balanced system.

Explore New Energy -
We need to promote research and development. Bring innovation, explore and discover resources to reduce dependencies . Once we are self reliance and have own natural resources we are in better position to make our country progress and excel.

Waste management- Here is an Idea! we are big in population and also in size. We have huge potential to convert our waste into good source of energy and revenue generation. We have introduce a mechanism , process and practice at every level. We see today Industry follows the waste management practice at very high level. They are gaining it from them. We should not limit this just to fabric of industrialization we require to bring this systematic planning at every household level.
Imagine we preach , teach how to manage waste we then really require less space to dump our garbage and we can prevent disease or pollution amicably. We will have good hygienic system in place.

We have to bring all society and educate them to separate dry vs wet waste . Tell them what to dispose where. We can create three tunnel in every building which is going to be constructed newly. We can extend this ideas to row houses and many other housing system. Once we smartly bring in the practice to separate dry vs wet garbage/waste we are in good shape to take this to next level. We can make this a big business. I heard once, waste of one, treasure for others. Just understand this ideology and we can make this big. We then have clean air , good paths and better surroundings.
We can resuse, recycle and reduce, if we follow this diligently and religiously we can make a huge difference.

Agriculture- This is vanishing and this business is shrinking like anything, During childhood times I learnt about irrigation system , dams and many think but we are no where.. we even don't have food storage management in place to keep food quality preserve for long period of time. We waste them or we give free hands to commodity whole seller/retailer a chance to contraband them so as to make commodity price go high to get better profit margin. We have no methodology. We are in trapped..Its a big topic. This is business

Promote Sports and educations and professional at all level-
Most of the parents want their child to pursue education in specific profession sector. It can be a software engineer or MBBS etc. We have to break this myth lets our kid excel in areas where he or she is more comfortable. Make them think. Bring more sports person , bring in more engineers or finance advisors or event management lad or master cheff and many other areas. Just don't restrict one to pie of the cake. Make them explore the whole horizon and then make them a reality.
